D4ALL

Digital Literacy For All

Enabling every Nigerian citizen to embrace technology with confidence

DL4ALL is a groundbreaking initiative designed to equip every citizen with the digital skills necessary to succeed in today’s interconnected world. With a vision to create a digitally literate Nigeria, the program aspires to enable all Nigerians to access opportunities, contribute meaningfully to national development, and secure a brighter future. By integrating digital literacy into education and workforce development, DL4ALL aims to bridge the digital divide and prepare the nation for a tech-driven economy.

To achieve this vision, DL4ALL focuses on three transformative programs. First, the inclusion of digital literacy in school curricula, in partnership with NITDA and the Federal Ministry of Education, ensures that students at all levels graduate with 21st-century skills. Second, workforce digital literacy training and certification provide professionals with the tools for Nigeria’s digital transformation, offering global job mobility. Third, a grassroots digital literacy program, conducted with NYSC, State Governments, and private partners, empowers citizens across all 774 LGAs with foundational skills to thrive in the digital economy. With a bold goal to achieve 70% digital literacy by 2027, DL4ALL is leading the charge toward a brighter, tech-enabled future for Nigeria.

The Ministry of Youth Development is Nigeria’s leading government organization to empowering young Nigerians. Through initiatives in education, skills training, employment, and entrepreneurship, it strives to provide resources and opportunities that help youth realize their potential and actively contribute to the nation’s growth.
