Honourable Minister for Youth Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande, visited the FCT NYSC Orientation Camp yesterday to ascertain the level of preparedness and generally assess the registration process.
During his visit, the Minister assisted with the registration formalities and urged camp officials to ensure the process is less cumbersome in order not to overstress the prospective corps members, particularly those traveling from long distance.
In his address to the prospective corps members before leaving the camp, Olawande emphasized the various youth-focused initiatives offered by this administration that they can benefit from. He also encouraged them to take full advantage of the available skill acquisition programs during their time at the camp and after.
